01 / BEHIND THE GLOVES
Moroccan roots. A global ambition.
Tarik grew up in a working-class neighbourhood in Morocco, where hard work, respect and perseverance mattered. Marrakech remains his anchor and the starting point of his international ambition. At eleven, boxing introduced him to discipline, patience, sacrifice and responsibility.
The amateur circuit gave him his foundations. Yet opportunities did not always match his efforts: he learned to seek out chances to progress, organise travel and accept the demands of training camps and fight preparation. Periods of doubt taught him patience, independence and commitment to his goals.
He describes himself as disciplined, focused and ready to adapt to an opponent. He wants to improve every part of his boxing: technical, physical and mental. Beyond results, he fights for his future, for those who believe in him and to represent Morocco with pride.
His journey also carries a message for young people from working-class neighbourhoods: a modest beginning should not set the limits of an ambition. The road is still long, but Tarik wants to keep moving forward and inspire others to believe in their own plans.
02 / THE JOURNEY
From early titles to international challenges.
In his questionnaire, Tarik traces his amateur milestones: Grand Atlas League champion in 2017, third at the Moroccan championship that year, another Grand Atlas League title in 2019 and the Moroccan championship in 2019. He also describes experience within the Moroccan national-team pathway.
He dates his move into professional boxing to 2022, seeking greater control over his sporting future and opportunities abroad. He names the WBF Africa and WBC Asia Gold titles won in 2026 among his defining moments. An official WBC Asia report documents a seventh-round stoppage win over Anurak Thisa in Bangkok on 12 March 2026 for the WBC Asia middleweight title.
For Tarik, these belts are milestones rather than a destination. He wants to face stronger opposition, keep winning titles and work towards a world-title opportunity. His ultimate goal is to become a world champion and raise the Moroccan flag at the highest level.

TUNAL GROUP / IN HIS CORNER
What your support means.
Tarik hopes a sponsor will support a story of work and persistence that began in a working-class neighbourhood of Marrakech. His ambition also reaches beyond himself: representing Morocco and giving young people with limited resources a reason to pursue their goals.
He wants a professional relationship with partners based on trust, communication and shared values. Camps, travel and fights mark a journey he hopes to take to world level, with Tunal coordinating that progress.
