Founder & CEO
Barış Erdoğan
Founder of Tunal Group in 2020, Barış brings the team together around a shared ambition: helping fighters develop and opening doors across borders.
My role
Barış sets the direction of the project and brings fighters, coaches and partners together. His role is to connect sporting development, promotion and events, so that each opportunity contributes to the wider Tunal Group project.
My vision

Co-founder
Thomas Guillemette
A fighter and co-founder, Thomas brings his experience of international rings, including the United States, to the Tunal Group project. A perspective shaped by the realities of a boxing career.
My role
Thomas helps build Tunal Group with the perspective of an active fighter. His travels and bouts abroad feed the team’s thinking about preparation, career choices and the support an athlete needs, both inside and outside the ring.
My vision
Courage opens the paths that ambition imagines.
Co-founder
Florent Dervis
Known in the ring as “The Tiger”, Florent combines his career as a fighter with his role as co-founder. He also shares his experience through private coaching at the Tunal Group camps at ISS Boxing Gym in Thailand.
My role
Florent connects the group’s ambition with daily work in the gym. At ISS Boxing Gym, he provides the private coaching offered in the Tunal Group camps, adapting the work to each participant’s experience and goals.

Founding Partner · Boxing Relations
Killian « Griiim Reaper » Devarieux
Part of the founding team, Griiim connects Tunal Group with the French boxing scene. A fighter himself, he brings long-standing ring experience and a strong network to matchmaking.
My role
Griiim helps connect fighters and opportunities through his boxing network, contributing to matchmaking alongside the founding team.
My vision
Hasta la muerte
CMO · Chief Marketing Officer
Ilyes Bendella
Ilyes leads the media side of Tunal Group: bringing the fighters’ stories and the life of the team to the screen. He also helped connect Griiim Reaper with the group.
My role
As CMO · Chief Marketing Officer, Ilyes helps make the work of Tunal Group and its fighters visible. Portraits, training, fight nights and behind-the-scenes moments all help audiences discover the people and the effort behind a performance.
My vision
He didn’t know it was impossible, so he did it.
Business Junior Associate
Alex Becourt
Alex supports the business development of Tunal Group, helping turn new connections and opportunities into concrete projects.
My role
Supporting business development, partnerships and new opportunities alongside the team.

Mike Archer
Mike leads the commercial side of Tunal Group, building business relationships and developing opportunities for the group.
My role
Developing commercial partnerships and bringing opportunities into the group’s long-term vision.

TUNAL GROUP
A shared ambition.
Founded in 2020 by Barış Erdoğan, Tunal Group brings together promotion, fighter development, matchmaking and event production. The team’s own experience in the ring shapes its work with athletes.
Thomas and Florent’s stories connect France, Türkiye, Thailand and the United States. The group grew through those encounters: finding training environments, building relationships and opening doors to competition.
