01 / BEHIND THE GLOVES
A father’s support.
His father introduced him to combat sports and the fights of Naseem Hamed. For Nawef, boxing became a school of respect and discipline, as well as a way to hope for a better life for his parents.
He describes taking different jobs and making sacrifices to fund training and travel. Limited finances and the loss of someone close during a camp tested him. He took from those experiences a resolve to work with greater calm, method and precision.
02 / THE JOURNEY
Read. Adjust. Respond.
After competing across several amateur combat disciplines, Nawef reports turning professional on 13 July 2024 and a record of 6 wins with no losses or draws. He lists PAT and UBO Continental Asia belts among his achievements. Inspired by the Soviet school, he describes a style built on distance, precision and economical movement.
03 / EXPERIENCE & MOTIVATION
The journey, in depth.
Building a career without shortcuts
Before the titles, Nawef recalls early mornings working in warehouses, temporary jobs and paying for training and travel without a sponsor. His father, who introduced him to Naseem Hamed, remains central to that story. He wants to repay both his parents for the effort they made for him.
He competed in kickboxing, boxing and MMA as an amateur, then focused his preparation on boxing before turning professional in 2024. Those disciplines form part of his background; their bouts are not added to his professional boxing record.
Reading the fight and staying composed
Nawef describes boxing as a problem to solve: read an opponent’s habits, find the opening and choose a useful movement. He associates the Soviet school with distance control, precision and economy of movement. Outside the ring, he values the same method: work quietly and keep his commitments.
Losing someone close during a camp and struggling to fund his career sometimes made him consider stopping. His attachment to family and boxing kept him going. In his account, winning the UBO Asia belt marked a turning point. He now wants to progress towards ABF and WBC Asia belts, then world level.

Tunal Group, a team and a career plan
The collaboration, through the fighter’s eyes.
In Nawef’s account, Tunal Group turns an individual journey into a supported career project. Since 2024, he has valued the team’s vision and the career plan developed with Barış. Preparation, scheduling, logistics, fight selection and visibility are among the changes he describes. He says this allows him to focus his efforts on boxing while knowing that a team is working alongside him. With Tunal, his ambition is to progress towards international opportunities and, ultimately, major titles.
HIS AMBITION
Target ABF and WBC Asia belts, then a WBC world title at super flyweight: ambitions with no announced dates.
The plan with Barış
Since 2024, Nawef has highlighted a clear vision and a career plan, rather than a series of isolated fights.
Day-to-day organisation
He cites preparation, scheduling and logistics among the structured aspects that allow him to keep his focus on boxing.
A more visible career
Nawef describes stronger exposure on social media, in the press and internationally, with a team working behind him.
TUNAL GROUP / IN HIS CORNER
What your support means.
Nawef wants to represent hard work, discipline and responsibility towards his family. He also hopes to represent Saudi Arabia and offer young people in his community an example of progress built through effort.
The partnership he seeks supports a career over time: preparation, travel, access to fights and visibility. With Tunal, he wants to turn individual effort into a project where the fighter, promotion and brands work towards shared goals.
