01 / BEHIND THE GLOVES
Shaped by sport. Determined to keep going.
Born and raised in Mashhad, where she still lives, Roshanak began gymnastics at three. Athletics, futsal, rugby, Kyokushin karate and kickboxing later enriched her sporting life. A graduate in sports science and physical education, she found in boxing a meeting point for her competitive drive and combat-sport experience.
She describes financial hardship, limited opportunities for female boxers and the pressures surrounding life in her country. Her family, faith and wish to show a way forward to women and girls in Iran sustain her determination. She wants to pass that confidence on, with a story that reaches beyond medals.
02 / THE JOURNEY
A multisport journey.
Roshanak reports Iranian national-team appearances in kickboxing, Kyokushin and rugby and international medals. She describes a 64-hour, 27-minute boxing challenge in 2020; independent certification has not been established here.
Professional since 2024 according to her questionnaire, she lists an OPBF Silver title and an Asian number-three ranking in 2026, not a verified current ranking. She describes an aggressive, technical and persistent style. At the time of the questionnaire, she has trained without a coach for several months.
03 / EXPERIENCE & MOTIVATION
The journey, in depth.
A background across sports
Gymnastics at three was the beginning of a journey through physical fitness, athletics, futsal, rugby, Kyokushin karate and kickboxing. Roshanak reports representing Iran in three of those disciplines: rugby, Kyokushin and kickboxing. Her degree in Sports Science and Physical Education complements that competitive experience.
Her questionnaire places national fitness medals in 2009 and 2011, followed by several rugby podiums between 2012 and 2018. She also lists international kickboxing and Kyokushin medals in India in 2016, Iran in 2016, and Türkiye in 2017 and 2022. This multisport background is separate from her professional boxing record; these achievements are presented as her declarations.
She reports competing in different countries before the start of her recorded professional history in 2024. That first recorded victory made her feel that years of work had prepared her for a new stage.
Continuing when opportunities narrow
Roshanak describes limited funding, difficulty finding fights and a period of training without a coach when she completed her questionnaire. She also discusses how economic pressure, sanctions and war affected her sporting life. She considered stopping several times.
Her response to doubt is linked to the people for whom she hopes to open a path: girls and women in Iran, and anyone told that their dream is impossible. Family and faith support that commitment. She wants to be remembered not only for medals, but for helping other people believe in their own ambitions.

Tunal Group, belief that opens doors

TUNAL GROUP / IN HER CORNER
What your support means.
Roshanak hopes a brand will support both an athlete and a project that passes opportunity on to women in sport. Her background connects several disciplines, Sports Science studies and an international career built with limited resources.
She aims for belts and world level, as well as a future role as a coach and mentor. In her account, the impact she seeks is also measured by the girls who will believe they can do it too.
